Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
Free from any stains, perfume, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
Items on sale or clearance
Any item that shows signs of wear or use
How to Request a Return
Contact us via email at sales@htfashionstore.com or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved returns will be refunded as store credit or original payment method (as applicable) within 5–7 business days.
Note: HT Fashion Store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
